Mr. Prakash K. Dhapare & his father Late Shri. Khashaba R. Dhapare establish the manufacturing facility for automotive and industrial lubricating oils at Karad MIDC.
VAXO Chemical Corporation — Wax Division Launch
Expansion into petroleum, vegetable and synthetic waxes. Development of eco-friendly wax emulsions and the patented vegetable-wax paraffin substitute.
Aditya Akshay Urja — Renewable Energy Division
Entry into renewable energy with solar panel systems, EPC services and advanced battery-backed storage solutions for residential and commercial clients.
Vrinda Colour Division — Paints & Art Materials
Launch of high-performance industrial coatings, printing inks and consumer art materials including crayons, modelling clays and doughs.
Vrinda Li-Ion Batteries — Battery Recycling R&D
Dedicated R&D into hydrometallurgical Li-Ion battery recycling, achieving 99%+ purity metal recovery. MPCB approval secured for 100 MT/month plant at Karad.
Karad Li-Ion Recycling Plant — Full Scale Launch
Establishment of full-scale commercial lithium recycling facility. CAM and AAM production commences, targeting 25% capacity by mid-2026.
